5/5Much better than I thought it would be. A few nicks but I was looking for functionality, not aesthetics. Came with a close to brand new charger, no loose/rusted ports, and had a 60% charge so I was able to get started transferring my data almost immediately. The keyboard had no missing or sticky keys. Delivery was fast - arriving 2 days after I ordered. The battery is functioning normally - no clogging at the fan level and all screws on the bottom portion are there. I'm used to doing a little bit of extra maintenance on refurbished Macs - but not necessary. 5/5I was a little hesitant when ordering due to the reviews, however I am very happy with the product. I ordered it 3pm and it came the next day at 10am without paying for next day delivery just standard. I am very happy with the condition of the product also. 2,4/5I paid £610 for a macbook and was sent a faulty item, it was sent it back for a repair or refund. I was told 2 weeks ago that I would receive a refund and have had no correspondence or refund since. 4,2/5Okay, I like the machine and am just concerned with the battery life. I shifted from a MacBook Air 2017. I think its battery life is much better than this Pro one. Not sure where or who to ask for help, as I cannot return it now, I have already started my work on it.
