Well... First of all the condition "mint\excellent" was really not the case! If you took a look at the monitor stand from 5m you could still see deep scratches. In addition the plastic top had 2 out of 3 broken holders so it was just laying on top without fixing anything... Then the price dropped from 1400€ to 1200€ 1 day after I ordered for the same "mint\excellent" condition. I reached out to the support and they offered me a 100€ discount for the damages and 0 help regarding the price drop which left me pay if 100€ more than the 1200€ for a totally not "mint\excellent" condition (at best "good" because the display was ok with only 2 dead pixel - which is not cool for such a high priced monitor but ok). Ofc I returned the monitor 2 "stars" only because the returning was free and I got my full money back. I ended up buying a new 4k LG 27up600 Monitor Brand New, without dead pixel and everything seems fine. The only difference to this super expensive monitor is the local dimming and that you don't have to calibrate anything. The 1000 nits were way to bright and I had to lower it to 500
