The SD card slot is not functional - the device is not fully functional as advertised, unfortunately. The device also has not been completely cleaned - there is visible pet hair in the ports, for example. Other than these two complaints, I'm very happy with the device - it's a nice Chromebook with 6h battery life, it's fast and runs relatively cool. I also like the non-reflective screen and it has a good keyboard feel. However, these are comments on the device itself and not necessarily a reflection of this vendor as a refurbisher.
