Great laptop and service. It arrived like new - sealed and Apple Refurbished, so certainly worthy of ‘Excellent’, category. Unfortunately it was a US MacBook Pro but the only difference was the lack of £ key and US plug. It came with a US travel adapter but I felt this wasn’t good enough. The Backmarket team were superb and gave me £30 to pay for duck foot plug. Excellent service. Second item I have bought from them this year. 100% recommended.

Laptop was in "excellent" condition. The box said Apple Refurbished and the battery only had 4 charge cycles. So very happy. A minor annoyance was that the Apple Magsafe charger didn't have a 3 pin UK adapter... but was easily fixed.

I ordered a 2021 MacBook Pro with 16" screen, M1 Pro 10-core CPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD from AH Technology - was advertised as excellent condition. Delivery came as scheduled from DPD and was safely packaged. The laptop is indeed in excellent condition, showing virtually no signs of use. I compared it to my work-issued Macbook of the same spec which I received 2 weeks prior and I couldn't tell a difference. Battery had only 1 cycle on it - I assume it's a new one put in by the seller rather than the original but either way the laptop is in impeccable condition. I ran the onboard diagnostics tool and found no issues - keyboard, I/O ports, screen, webcam, mic all work completely fine. I've been using it nearly every day for the past two weeks or so for different things - programming, FaceTime, music - have had absolutely no issues. Also came with an official Apple 140W Charger and MagSafe cable. Didn't come in its original box but that's not an issue for me as long as the product itself is in good condition. Only small thing is that the keyboard is a US layout instead of UK layout but I kind of expected that from reading other reviews. Not a big issue for me as it's only 2/3 key...

I was a little Sceptical of buying from BackMarket at first but honestly, it has been one of the most seamless, easy purchases I’ve made in a long while. I’m very happy with my MacBook Pro, it was in mint condition and only had two charge cycles (went for excellent condition). I will definitely use BackMarket again, and many thanks to my seller, great product and speedy delivery.

Im very happy with it. It was Apple refurbished. Had just 4 battery cycles. Literally has no flaws. Ive been using it for 2 weeks now.

I had reservations about refurbished - but the laptop is perfect, came with original charger and only 2 battery cycles. Went for excellent condition and happy I did

Very happy, laptop looks like new and arrived quicker than expected and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend buying back market to friends. Only issue was it was in an original apple box which was just inside a cardboard box and the apple box had come open in the cardboard box. Could have had some packing in between the wok to stop that happening. Luckily the laptop hadn’t come fully out.
