Huawei P20 on hyvä ostos. Puhelin on siisti ja toimii hyvin. Hinta oli sopusuhtainen. Ainut huono puoli oli kun puhelimessa oli joitain ohjelmia. Ne piti poistaa että sain ladattua oikeat ohjelmat suomeksi. T. Heikki

Pour remplacer mon P20 Pro de 2018, quoi de mieux qu'un P20 Pro reconditionné c'est moins cher qu'une reparation ! Il y a même des petits trucs que l'ancien n'avait pas Le livreur a compris qu'il y avait urgence, livrée dans les temps avec le sourire 😁

Phone is impeccable! The device itself is absolutely excellent, performs wonderfully though the camera is unreliable in quality and is running a version of android 10 that, in fairness, is still receiving feature updates. Screen is nice, unlocks lightning fast which can be appreciated considering the nightmare of certain in screen fingerprint sensors. I was very concerned for the battery, since this is a phone released in early 2018.. and it's now late 2023. I'm happy to report that was undoubtedly sorted out in the refurbishment of this phone and it lasts splendidly; waking up at 7am, enduring light-medium use until I charge it at 1am the next morning at around 5%. One thing to note: there is NO WIRELESS CHARGING. Might not be a big deal to some, but for me, moving from iPhone back to Android, I felt this a little. Not to worry though, its USB C port can handle fast charging speeds and takes full advantage of my 45-watt laptop charger! Absolute ZERO performance issues past setting up where you are bombarded with bloatware, and I play a fair few heavy CPU games like Flycorp and Minecraft at high video settings. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy having an LED notification ligh ...

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden! Die Lieferung des Huawei P20pro erfolgte sehr schnell und das Handy selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Fast wie neu. Hier gebe ich gerne 5 Punkte, weil alles sehr gut passte!

Le site est clair, la procédure de comparaison de simple et efficace. La commande se fait en quelques clics et le suivi de l'expédition par courriel est impeccable. La livraison est réalisée dans les délais et bien emballé. J'ai procédé à une reprise, l'envoi des supports nécessaires au retour est impéccable avec un "petit Carambar" en prime ;-)... Des rappels par courriel pour retourner l'ancien appareil. Très bien !!! J'ai commandé mes derniers smartphones sur Back Market et je continuerai !!!!

Great phone - 'good' condition seems much better than that overall, pretty much as new I'd say. The battery doesn't hold charge as well as my old Huawei (at 50% instead of 70% after a typical day) but that's not a problem, and kind of what I'd expect for a second hand phone. Overall great value for money and I expect to be using backmarket more regularly now.

J'ai acheté cet article dans un état correct. Il est arrivé dans les délais évoqués et l'état était conforme au descriptif. Cependant, après 1 mois d'utilisation, le bouton du téléphone central s'est cassé. Je l'ai donc renvoyé au revendeur, qui m'indique qu'il ne peut le réparer car cela ne fait pas parti des garanties. Bien que le service client ait été réactif, je trouve scandaleux que le téléphone acheté ne puisse être réparé après si peu d'utilisation et un usage normal de ma part. Vous venez donc de perdre un excellent client de votre plate-forme.
