MacBook is excellent. Did have an issue with the first one that was sent but the customer service was fantastic and they gave me a return label and the seller swapped out the device got a new one sent straight back have to say amazing service from backmarket. Lo compre en estado muy bueno y la verdad está casi perfecto por lo menos visualmente. En lo funcional, lo único que critico es que depende qué programas use, por ejemplo lightroom empieza a recalentar y se escucha el ventilador. Lo demás está bien. My first experience with a MacBook. I found the operating system and file handing, not to my liking so returned it to seller. Also its condition was 'okay' except the keyboard looked well worn and tired. Had difficulty with contacting Back Market customer care through their web site, they didn't acknowledge the order / return, so couldn't get through to them for help. Resorted to contacting the seller direct and progressed the return/ refund with them. The laptop works fine (as of 2 days of using it) but even though I paid extra for the Excellent grade, it has scuffed aluminum on the back hinge, and there is an obvious white scratch/mark on the black space key which is really hard to ignore.
