i did try and contact you, but was thwarted by complexities of contact . i was well impressed by the turn around from ordering to delivery. However less so as the at sign for the internet was ineffective. however my tech savvy daughter found a way around it. as somebody who writes off the cuff irreverent comment i liked yours. but the ability to contact you with complaints is inexact. Once one sets up the computer one is loathe to return it as sensative info is open to compromise . as i was led to believe it was refurbished and checked it was disappointing. i'll know better next tim.

Hi - the laptop has shipped with a USA keyboard, not a UK one as per the description. There is also a 2 cm deep scratch on the cover. Other than this, all is good

Battery lasted less than 1 minute after charging all day and the product came with a US keyboard exactly not what I ordered.
