Screen had multiple scratches which goes against the condition grading. If I had the time I would have gone through a return process and given that a test, but unfortunately was leaving for a long vacation so time wasn’t on my side. Solved the problem by sticking a tempered glass screen protector to hide the scratches. Maybe a little more quality control by Back Market would be a good start given the customer is being charged for the QC.

Gutted ordered my Google fold in excellent condition and it's came full of scratches with what looks like could even be a small crack in the corner of the screen I new there would be the odd one but for how many there is its deffo a grade of good or even fair but definitely not excellent I'm gutted 😔 was very sceptical to start with
