The delivery went well and the product is of great quality. What I didn't like was the process to order: twice I tried to buy, and twice it was cancelled due to bad inventory management. I received a voucher (5% discount) for the next purchase but it was no more valid when I tried to use it (4 days later). It was written that the voucher i received on 19 March was valid until 27 February... not very logical. It was also impossible to deliver in Luxembourg, so I had to use another service to finish the delivery. Besides that, I'm quite happy with the whole service.

Très bon ordinateur. Il ne correspond pas à la description car il s'agit en fait d'un processeur I5-7300U, donc de 7ème génération au lieu de 8ème et avec 2 cœurs au lieu de 4. Cependant, le marchant à procédé rapidement à une remise commerciale.

La RAM et le disque dur ne sont sont pas cohérents avec ce que j'ai demandé, de plus, le cordon d'alimentation est manquant (prise secteur). En attente du du retour marchand que je trouve trop long!

Je ne ´l’ai pas reçu !!! Ou est la commande ???
