    The wrong MacBook was delivered. Getting a response from support on possible next steps took a couple days - it should be a few hours. Getting actual responses to my questions as opposed to generic ones would be helpful. I was in the dark as to when the new one was going to be delivered, and then it got delivered on a day that I did not ask. The charger and cable were filthy. I had to use a couple sanitizer wipes to get it clean, and it eventually kinda came clean, but why can’t that be done before sending it out? The battery was at 6% when it arrived and the laptop was dirty too, seems they used some kind of wet wipe for the screen which left streaks across it. Overall really poor experience. I like the MacBook but not sure it’s worth all the hassle making another purchase through you.

    Extrêmement déçue de cette expérience chez Backmarket. Seuls points positifs : les délais d’envoi et de remboursement ont été très rapides. Le service client est à revoir, le délai de réponse est à l’appréciation de celui qui nous répondra, parfois 24h parfois pas de réponse. On nous vend un contact avec le revendeur, je n’ai jamais pu faire par de mon souci directement avec le concerné. Ensuite un processus de réinitialisation qui m’a fait perdre plus de deux semaines et toujours aucune aide du service client. Très déçue.
