    MacBook is absolutely flawless, like it was fresh from Apple's factory even though it is nearly 9 years old and was marked as "fair" condition. Was packed, dispatched and received exactly when Back Market told us it would.

    I am very pleased with my new laptop, first time using Apple instead of windows, it will take some getting used to. I am a bit disappointed that I can’t download some apps because the OS isn’t supported anymore by Apple, but I will work around it. Thanks 👍

    There was zero communication from this seller. The item was ordered and when the delivery date came the process had not moved at all. I contacted the seller and it was Back Market who replied with no real answer as to why there was a delay. multiple days later with no response the order was cancelled. 24 hours later the laptop was despatched regardless of the cancellation. Overall the process was frustrating with a lack of customer care from the seller. Will not use again and would encourage others to avoid.
