    It was pretty cheap when I ordered it in february 2023 and it cost, if I remember right 263€ with best condition and pretty rare color red. Condition was not so good. Back cover fell off and battery is mediocre. Screen becomes unresponsive time to time and it has some weird bug with sound when volume is below half as it cracks and stops playing audio. It doesn't matter if i'm connected with bluetooth, 3,5mm to usb-c adapter or phones own speaker, it always has same problem so I think it's a problem with motherboard. Pictures from main camera are also "foggy". Then the positive sides. Phone looked like it came from the factory, so damn good. And screen had protective film preapplied.

    Bravo pour la qualité de ce téléphone reconditionné. il est superbe, et fonctionne parfaitement. Tout d'abord la commande simple et rapide, puis la livraison, fidèle au délais annoncé, et pour finir, le téléphone comme neuf! Merci, vous m'avez conquis !

    Problem with first refurbished phone sent as SIM card reader not working. Very quick response to my complaint and return/replacement organised. Next phone sent was in good condition but not unlocked as described when purchased.

    Tjs satisfait par backmarket sur mes dernières commandes, cettes fois ci légèrement déçus par le reconditionnement. En effet dans le menu paramètres des liserés gris apparaissent... Qd je passe le téléphone en mode paysage durant une vidéo, il y a par moment un léger grésillement d’1s... Néanmoins l’aspect extérieur est nikel (comme cité durant la vente) et le’téléphone fonctionne tes

    I got my order about 2 weeks ago, (2 days before expected delivery date). And... I am in love with my new phone... this much that I am still using my old one as I am afraid to destroy it. Item is in excelent condition, shiny and has this little pen which stole my heart. I would definitelly recommended Back Market to anyone who was scared to get "refurbished phone". I was really anxious about buying used phone, but it turned out that it's pretty sweet deal!

    Habe Mir das Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G gekauft in "Sehr Gut" und ich muss sagen.... Ich bin sehr überrascht dass das Handy wie neu ist, es hat nicht 1 Schaden am Gehäuse oder Probleme mit der Hardware. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

    smartphone Samsung retourné car le chargement par induction ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage que cet élément soit passé inaperçu 😕. Par contre la gestion Back Market est au top dans ces cas-là. Attention à ce que ça ne devienne pas l'activité principale 😉.
