Acquistato samsung A21S ricondizionato. Praticamente identico a quelli di mia moglie che aveva comprato in negozio. Al momento non noto differenze: ottime condizioni e funzionamento perfetto. Prezzo super....devo dire di essere piacevolmente sorpreso. Avevo qualche dubbio ma mi sono fidato delle recensioni e ho fatto proprio bene. Bravi!

Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

Ik ben heel blij met mijn refurbished samsung telefoon, alles doet het prima en het is fijn te weten een kleine bijdrage te leveren aan een circulaire maatschappij, de dienstverlening van BackMarket is prima!

très belle appareil état du téléphone comme dab aucun problème parfait, la seule chose que je peux reprocher sur le détail descriptif il est pas précisé si verre trempé ou coque fournis d autres achats fait sur Le site j ai eut droit à la protection

I have been using this Samsung A21 for almost 2 weeks now and it's been working perfectly so far, first it arrived earlier than I expected and it came with a USB cord but the charger box is not included of course I'm more concerned about the functionality of the phone because I bought it with a mixed feelings as I needed a phone urgently and not sure if buying at backmarket would be a right choice but so far I am satisfied, but I must say that I ordered for black colour and I actually pay a little more because of that but I got blue colour but it's fine at least it's working perfectly aside from that it's a good

Fantastic service from Back Market, but sadly I feel I have chosen the wrong phone. I loved my old Galaxy S7 and find the A21s far too big and heavy for me, and also having to find the button on the side to wake it up, which seems to hide behind the case cover which is very annoying! I guess as an old bird I'm finding it hard to break old habits and hope I'll get used to it. I'm sure it's a brilliant phone, but just not for me!
